Magnolia V's Stampavie - Week 11 'Double Trouble'

Good afternoon...I am feeling loads better today after a solid 9 hours sleep, Kalm's sleeping tablets and a cup of hot choccy seemed to do the trick.

Am home alone as Steve has gone off for a boy's night on the town...my peace will soon be shattered tho as I am having my nephew and great nephew to stay the night.

They both love to cut, paste and punch shapes so at least I have plenty to entertain, once bored of them I imagine we will be on the Wii whizzing round in Mario's carts!!

Anyway onto my card....it is for this weeks Magnolia V's Stampavie 'Double Trouble' Challenge - you have to use at least two stamps...I have used Tilda sitting sideways and also the garden chair.

Basic Grey Challenge 19 'Recipe' - Using New Pollycraft Downloads...

Here is my entry into this weeks Basic Grey 'Recipe' Challenge.

You can also add more embellishments if you wish...I have added the sentiment and flowers.

Good Morning...

Due to me sleeping so much yesterday with feeling horrid I have been awake since 3am...I have been sat quietly crafting.

By pure accident I think I have managed to make a card and gift box which covers 4 challenges.

(The candle is just to add to the effect....I haven't made it!!)

Made using a free download from Funky Fairy's called 'Loving It Simple'

Friday Sketchers - Sketch 36

Good evening....

I haven't been feeling too good today so spent most of it asleep trying to recharge my batteries. In between my sleep I have given the Friday Sketchers Challenge a go.

Here is the fantastic sketch and a couple of pics of my card...I have taken 2 as it is a little dark, 1 with and 1 without the flash to try and highlight the glitter on the edges and the flowers.

New Challenge Blog & Dt Call....Funky Fairy's

Marie Curie Cancer Care & Craft Superstore...

Craft Superstore are supporting the Marie Curie Cancer Create a Card Campaign...

for each person who sends them a card they will give a free £5 gift voucher.

In addition, before sending the cards to Do Crafts their Creative Director will judge all the cards and the most creative card will win £200 worth of crafting goodies.

Good morning...Monday again, where do the weekends go? I can't believe we are in the last week of January already...it doesn't seem that long ago I was tearing my hair out trying to get all my Christmas cards made!!

I have made a few cards made using downloads from Scrapbookingmad - if you haven't visited this site pop over and have a look. There are decoupage, twisted pyramage, clip art and backing papers available at excellent prices. Also at the moment Sammy is running a competition where the 1st price is £15 worth of downloads - all you need to do is submit a card using her designs.

I've Been Tagged....

Well here is my pic...it is my sweetie Malibu showing that she is very clever and can still manage to sit on the new sofa regardless of how many throws and cushion I put on it!!! She has managed to sit on the back and I think her face says it all....

Gorgeous New E-Kit 'Sweetie Pie' - Coming Soon...

Good morning or should I say afternoon....times fly's when having fun!!! Lol

Here are the DT cards I have made from the soon to be released 'Sweetie Pie' kit by Making Handmade Cards...sign up here for more details.

I must admit when I received the kit my first reaction was....Aaaarrrhhhh where are the images!!! Well there isn't any but what the kit does contain is 25 different sets of motif's and matching papers in a range of absolutely gorgeous colours and lots of hearts!!

Pollycraft Challenge 7 - Flowers And Ribbons

Good morning....its pouring down with rain here, so dark and miserable. I think I may stay in and craft...as good an excuse as any!!

For my card I have used the 'Reflection' stamp from the Winter Elves collection....available here. Little Reflection is meant to be sat on a branch but I have given her a softer seat with some ribbon.
