I don't know how true this is but wanted to pass on as most of us ladies eagerly await package deliveries full of crafting goodies...
If it is true then I wouldn't like to think any of you get caught out...
Can you circulate this around especially as Christmas is fast approaching - It has been confirmed by Royal Mail. The Trading Standards Office are making People aware of the following scam:
A card is posted through your door from a company called PDS (Parcel Delivery Service)suggesting that they were unable to deliver a parcel and That you need to contact them on 0906 6611911 (a premium rate number).
DO NOT call this number, as this is a mail scam originating from Belize. If you call the number and you start to hear a recorded message you will Already have been billed £15 for the phone call.
If you do receive a card with these details, then please contact Royal Mail Fraud on 02072396655 or ICSTIS (the premium rate service regulator) at www.icstis.org.uk

I had heard about this a year ago, so I am guessing its an ongoing scam.
I getting to the point now where I am going to be too scared to breath soon!!
I had £200 taken from my online bank account last Christmas for Betfred, well I hope they lost!!

This is absolutely true but its not new, we had one of these little cards through the door last year and because it felt wrong I called the police who confirmed it for me. They also had a note published in the local paper warning folks about it. Am glad to see you warning folks on here :)
