I've had a nice day out today with my mum, sister and great nephew doing a bit of shopping ready for our holiday...we are all hoping to get away for Christmas as its not going to be the same by any means without Dad being here. We feel that being away and not doing the traditional family things will make it just that little easier.
If I suddenly disappear then ya know where I've gone!!

Gorgeous card Emma, This image is lovely haven't got to use mine yet will have to get onto that.
You have to remember your dad is always with you in your heart and memories and try to enjoy yourself. This is the 3rd Christmas without my Dad and although it will never be the same again, I know he is still with me

Hi Emma, Wow stunning card! I love the colours and this sweet girl certainly looks like she is waiting for santa.
Hope you all manage to have a nice Christmas without your lovely dad. I was dreading the first without my dad but it wasn't as bad as I had imagined.

What a super challenge card you have made Emma, the colours are just perfect.
I can imagine that this year is going to be extremely hard but I think having a nice holiday will be a good idea. Try and have fun and know that your Dad will be with you in spirit wherever you are.
