Funky Fairy's Challenge #31 DT Card...

Yippee its Wednesday...a day off for me and also time for a new challenge over at the Funky Fairy's Challenge blog.

Here's my card....my something new is the image and something old is the lace which I got from raiding my mum's sewing cupboard - she will have had it years!!! Lol

So we would like to see you create a wedding project using an old item and a new item. You can follow onto the something borrowed and blue which will then gain you a 2nd entry into the draw.

News....

Just wanted to say that after a very long & hard think about my design team commitments I have decided to step down from the Digital Tuesday Challenge and also Lily-Boo's Boutique.

Life is throwing lots at me at the moment and I was struggling to keep up...I was getting a little stressed with it all so something had to give.

Huge thanks to all the ladies involved in both teams, it has been a huge pleasure to work with you all and I do feel very sad at leaving :-(

I will however continue to design for Pollycraft and also Funky Fairy Papercrafts.

Funky Fairys Challenge #30 DT Card & Some Awards...

Good Morning

I had a fantastic day meeting up with Lorraine yesterday. We chatted over coffee and then went off to Craftzone in Pontefract for a little shop. Blimey that place is like Aladdin's cave...stocked from floor to ceiling, you really have to check every nook and cranny just in case you miss something.

I was very good and didn't spend too much, its not that I need to really add to my stash anyway!!! I just got ink pads, stickles and some pearly gems.

Yippee a day off for me today due to the girl who normally works for me on a Wednesday being on holiday so my days have been mixed up. I am going out later to meet the lovely Lorraine (Lorraine's Loft) for a bit of a shop at Craftzone. Joanne (Crafting Joanne) was meant to be coming with us too but the gem that she is offered to work so at least I could get a day off.
