Where has 6 weeks gone??!!

Morning ladies

Just popping in to say thank you again for all your lovely comments and give you an update on our little lady.

We are all doing great and thankfully getting into a sleep pattern rather than being wide awake into the early hours. Olivia slept for 9 hours on Saturday night and 7 the last two...thank you for hungry baby milk and gripe water!!

She was 6 weeks old on Sunday which has just flown by...piling on the oz's and was 10lb 9oz last week. Weigh in again today together with her 6 week check up.

Our beautiful daughter ''Olivia Roni Britton'' arrived in the early hours of Sunday morning weighing in at 8lb's.

We came home on Sunday afternoon following a quick labour and delivery....(thankfully) and are both doing fantastic. Daddy's not doing too bad either!! Lol

Morning...

Hope you are all well, huge thanks as always for your lovely comments and sorry I haven't visited you for a while. I'm taking as much time as I can to relax and have my feet up...which are currently like elephants!! I've gone beyond the cankle stage now...Lol ;-)

My crafty mojo seems to have vanished and I've been finding it tough for a while to sit at my desk too long so no crafting going on here. I am currently on a break from my design team work.

I have an ongoing 20% off sale in my store and will be keeping stocks to a minimum whilst I take some ''maternity leave'' and enjoy time with our daughter once she arrives.

Only a week on Thursday until my due date!!

Good Morning...

I'm still here, just quiet as I try to get things sorted at home for the arrival of our little bundle. We are doing well but struggling with sleep and energy levels....sure could do with a good boost to bank up ready for labour!! Even more so as the midwife said on Wednesday that she is going to be a good sized baby - 8llb if not 9llb!! Ouch.....

My crafty mojo is lost and I find it hard sitting at my desk...need longer arms to reach things as bump is in the way!! Lol

Anyway I do have a couple of things to share with you today that I've had made for a week or two...my DT makes for the Pollycraft and Passion For Promarkers Challenges.

Knitted With Love...

Evening ladies...

Oh what a day...feel like I haven't stopped.

Midwife this morning...all fabulous with baby cakes, she's had a growth spurt (or should I say we have) and are now measuring the size for 36 wks instead of 34 - predicting that she isn't going to be such a little lady. Better cut back on that ice-cream!!

Then this afternoon Mum and I have attended the initial hearing at the magistrates court for the case with the Health & Safety against my Dad's employers. Surprise, surprise they didn't enter a plea...was adjourned until early November with a date set for it to go to crown court at the end of November.

I managed to get to play yesterday with one of my new stamps from Funky Kits...I only popped for a peek at the new releases and they just jumped into my basket.

That's happening to me quite a bit just lately!! Lol

Well I think I have about recovered from the wedding at the weekend, spent a little too long in the heels and standing I think...blimey my ankles have been a pain but not so swollen now thankfully.

Good Morning...

Woo hoo its the weekend and the big day for a couple of friends who tie the knot at 4 o'clock. I have my fingers crossed that bump hasn't grown too much and my dress still fits. Not sure on the shoes yet after I nearly feel over last weekend trying to walk down a slop in heels...wonder what my slippers will look like!!

We managed to get some tidying up in the garden done and was out on Saturday night having a little pre-wedding celebration with friends who's big day is on the 3rd September. I certainly suffered yesterday tho and spent most of the afternoon in bed.

It was a sad one for us as we lost our little cat Malibu...she was 18 and hadn't been too well for a while so we'd been expecting it. Good Morning...

Hope you are all well and ready for the weekend, another week flown by...soon be Christmas!! Lol
I've been backward and forwards to the doctors as they have found another problem with my blood....low on iron but my red blood cells are too large...and they don't know why.

More tests yesterday and have to wait until Tuesday for the results...then hopefully they will decide what pills I have to start popping.

Hope you are well and had a lovely weekend, where did it go?? Think I blinked and missed it!!
I had a sort out of baby things and our little lady has more clothes than me...god knows where they all came from - a bit like most of my crafty stash!! ;-)

I hope you are all well and having a good week, another one nearly over and only 11 weeks until our little lady is due.

I'm doing ok and sleeping lots better now the temperature has dropped a little. Still suffering with the swollen ankles but putting them up as much as I can. Getting lots of knitting done so will have to take some pics.

Good Evening...

Hope you are all well and having a lovely Thursday.

Huge thanks as always for the lovely comments, I am still feeling pretty rough today after only managing about an hours sleep last night. Good Morning...

I hope you are all well and had a lovely week...the weekend is nearly with us again and another week just whizzed by. I didn't manage much sleep last night so whilst wide awake cracked on with more knitting and some dt cards.

The sale continues over at Crafty Emma's Store and more products will be added over the coming days plus further reductions on items already in the sale.

A few people have asked if I will keep stay open due to my pregnancy and the answer is yes.

The reason for my sale is to clear some space and also reduce the number of product lines I stock. I've tried to build into a sort of ''one stop shop'' over the past year but am finding that its difficult to keep stock levels where I would like them to be...hence the reason why items remain out of stock for a while.

I will be concentrating on specific items only such as papers, stamps and a variety of embellishements. This will also give me the opening to push my wedding stationery and have more time to concentrate on that side of my business too.

Good Morning...

I hope you are all well and having a good week. I can't believe it's Thursday already, soon be the weekend again and a long one for us in the Uk with the bank holiday.

Bump and I are doing very well and have a grand waistline of 46"... a week on Monday and its our next scan, so excited!!

Good Morning...

I hope you are all well and not being blown about too much by these awful winds. I went out in the car yesterday and was down to 40mph, unable to see a blooming thing with the winds and rain. Roll on summer!!

I've about managed to crack the magic loop knitting...I bought another pattern off Etsy (here) for some adorable little booties. Just need to work on picking up the stitches around the sole...I maybe back tomorrow with the finished product.

Good Morning...

Yeah its the weekend and the weather is looking good here so far. We hope to get some more sorting and tidying done - well Steve will be whilst I supervise!! Lol

I didn't have much success learning how to knit with the magic loop needle yesterday, watched tutorial videos numerous times but still didn't crack it. I'm determined I will do it tho...I need to make some of those adorable monsters!!
